Terms of Use

Nipunta is a white-label practice platform that coaching institutes license and run for their own students. These terms cover everyone who signs in to a site that runs on Nipunta: institute owners and staff, and students. By using it, you agree to them.

Using Nipunta

• Nipunta is provided to institutes under a licence agreed directly with us, and to students through their institute. Access is by the institute's invitation: being on its roster is what lets you sign in.
• Play fairly: don't automate answering, script or scrape the puzzle or drill endpoints, try to read a solution before a round ends, manipulate timing, or otherwise interfere with the service or with other students' standings.
• The puzzles, drills, walkthroughs and reports are part of the service and may not be republished, resold or presented as your own material. An institute's own name and branding on its Nipunta site remain the institute's.

Accounts

• You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address, and you are responsible for keeping that Google account or email address secure.
• Your role (owner, location head, teacher or student) is set by your institute, and what each role sees is decided by the institute's configuration. We may suspend access for abuse, automation, or attempts to game scores and standings.

Institutes, licences and seats

• An institute licenses Nipunta on the terms agreed with the institute in writing, and seats are issued to its students for the agreed term. Nipunta does not take payment online; nothing on this site charges a card or UPI account.
• The institute is responsible for the accuracy of its roster and for having the right to add each person to it.
• Reports describe activity on Nipunta only. They are not an assessment of a student beyond that.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability and correct scoring, but Nipunta is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the puzzles, drills, time limits, scoring, features and these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where an institute's written licence and these terms differ, the licence prevails for that institute.

No guarantee of results

Nipunta is practice material for building reasoning and calculation skill. It is not coaching, not a syllabus, and not a promise of any exam result or selection.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Launchship IT & Media Services Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Nipunta, including exam outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
